Estero continues to attract new business' to our community!! Across from the main entrance of Coconut point mall, is "activity, activity, activity". This will be the new home of "Aspen Dental" and "Mattress Firm", phase 1 of the two phase project, constructed by "The Schimdt Construction" group from Clermont, Florida, near Orlando. Superintendent Ken Keeley was kind enough to share the status and specifics of the project including Phase II, which will be a 3 store front facility.
PDQ is coming to SWFL, with its bright yellow, blue and red sign the new PDQ, is going to be minutes away from Estero. Started in 2011 by former Outback Steakhouse co-founder Bob Basham and CEO Nick Reader, PDQ – "People Dedicated to Quality" – is providing a twist on chicken tenders, salads and sandwiches. Since then, the restaurant has expanded throughout Florida, the Carolinas, Texas and into the Northeast... Other restaurants include Tijuana Flats, Chilis, and BJ Brewhouse!!!! OOH la la!!!!! If you've never visited France, strolling into our very own Estero French Bistro, "Bon Appetit", replicates what you've been missing. The entire experience parallels an authentic french bistro, from all aspects; gracious hostess', atmosphere, food and especially their desire to "make their patrons happy", with their primary focus, "the European French experience"! Now for the best part of all; their "Creme Brulee" is indescribable, nothing could possibly interfere with the experience, but..... Unfortunately, depression set in, knowing my euphoric moment, couldn't last, my thoughts of additional hours at the gym, was not an option. So, one serving at at time!!! There is "Creme Brulee" and then there is Creme Brulee, this is the real deal folks, straight from PAREEEEE!!! Paris, get it... The owners of "Bon Appetit", France & Jean-Jacques, moved to Estero 3 years ago, from the French Region of Avignon. Their French European Restaurant, compliments the eclectic dining experiences in Estero. They are located at Miromar Outlet Mall. Park in the rear and walk through Mundo playland, the restaurant is on your right. Tell them VisitEstero sent you!! Bon Appetite!! Ruby Tuesday's, is one of Estero's best kept secrets, although it does sit directly on Corkscrew Road, in front of Lowe's. Ruby's epitomizes the true meaning of exemplary service, atmosphere, and consistency. They pride themselves on plate presentation, and this time was no different, everything just pops, as your entree is placed in front of you! One cannot help but notice their attention to presentation, and color!!!
Our server, Evona, was superb, with her gracious demeanor, she was definitely tested with our needs, and past with high honors. From the time you enter the restaurant, there is no doubt you're immediately gratified, you made the decision to dine at Ruby's. The front hostess Brittany and Miranda, are warm and friendly young ladies, with polished style, a compliment to their Guest Service Manager, Gina!! There menu isn't an encyclopedia, it's laid out with ease, and the categories are plentiful. If you haven't tried their guacamole, there is not doubt, it is the best in SWFL, who would have thought. General Manager, Anthony Yimin, recently joined the Estero restaurant, this past fall. We caught Anthony outside washing windows, which demonstrated, he considers himself part of an inclusive team. His obsession to customer service, is obvious; from his staff, to the entire overall experience. So let's coral around our very own Estero Ruby Tuesdays, we all need to support our local merchants!!!! |
